PHP Developer – XML / SEO - Maidenhead / Berkshire - £35k

An experienced PHP Developer with strong internet security knowledge and experience assisting with Search Engine Optimisation is required by our Software client based near Maidenhead, Berkshire . A salary of up to £35k is available dependent upon experience.

The PHP Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining the overall website taking responsibility for specific updates for the Sales and Marketing departments and company database architecture. By providing web development services to individual teams you work to ensure the website is attractive to the target audience and information is available internally.

The PHP Developer will work with the graphic designers on DreamWeaver and Photoshop to enhance the look and feel of the website and work with the marketing team to update and improve the Search Engine Optimisation capacity within the website.

The PHP Developer will have a strong portfolio of corporate websites developed in PHP and should have strong Object Oriented programming skills as well as strong database architecture. You must have a strong mixture of the following skills:

PHP / MySQL / OOP / HTML / XHTML / XML / XSL / CSS / DreamWeaver / Photoshop / Search Engine Optimisation / W3C / Strong database architecture / Intranet

This is an excellent role for an experienced Web Developer or Senior PHP Developer to become an integral part of an International Software House who are well a established and successful employer local to Maidenhead.
